The Project Construction
In order to have total control of the budget and also get the quality of work we all expect, we must undertake the project ourselves.
Vic Villafuerte has volunteered to oversee the construction from start to finish. He has personally contacted Fr. Fritz Maliano (current parish priest of Barili) who agreed to the proposal. The church and the local government authorities will be notified before we break ground.
Construction of Phase 1can begin as soon as the budget is ready. A complete accounting, expense and progress report with pictures of the project will be made available.
A more accurate cost estimate and plans for Phase 2 will be prepared; start of construction will depend on the completion of Phase 1 and immediate availability of funds. We shall advise everyone on the progress of this project.
